Dutch court bans Keytruda SC sales in eight European countries
A Hague court ruled that MSD's Keytruda SC infringes Halozyme's patent EP622, halting manufacture, sale and import of the subcutaneous drug using Alteogen's ALT-B4 technology in Belgium, Denmark, France, Ireland, Italy, Sweden, Switzerland and the Netherlands. Alteogen shares fell 5.64% to 242,500 won on concerns over milestone and royalty revenue.
