Coupang challenges KFTC's 10-year data order in court
Coupang has asked the Seoul High Court to suspend a Korea Fair Trade Commission order requiring it to submit roughly 10 years of business records from 2016. The company argues the request is overly broad since specific allegations have not been identified, while the statute of limitations under the antitrust law is seven years.
