78% of managers use AI to write performance reviews

A Highwire survey of 1,034 corporate employees found 78% of managers used AI in the past year to draft, edit or summarize feedback and performance reviews. Only 16% of non-managers were told AI influenced their review; 54% found feedback more specific, 34% more generic and 32% less useful.
