Samsung and five affiliates commit $1 billion to Helix data center venture
Samsung Electronics will invest $500 million in Helix Digital Infrastructure, founded by KKR in June 2026, with five affiliated businesses providing the remaining $500 million. Helix's founding investors include Nvidia, Kuwait Investment Authority and power company Vistra. Samsung will supply memory, cooling, construction, GPU computing and batteries for the data centers.
