Blizzard reworks Sombra in Overwatch: Hack replaced by Hotfix

In Overwatch Season 5, Sombra debuts as a support hero: her Hack ability is replaced by Hotfix, which heals allies, and Virus by Cyberspace. Blizzard admits some players will be upset but says the change is better for the game.

• Sombra moves from DPS to support in Season 5: A Grim Doctrine
• Hack replaced by Hotfix: healing allies instead of disabling enemy abilities
• Virus replaced by Cyberspace — a projectile that weakens foes and heals allies
• Hack still works on health packs, turrets and enemies via the EMP ultimate
