Sereact robots now sort Zalando returns in Germany and Poland
Two-armed robots from Stuttgart startup Sereact have begun live sorting of Zalando fashion returns at CEVA Logistics sites in Greven, Germany, and Świebodzin, Poland. Its Cortex software lets the robots grasp and identify items they have never seen before without per-product training. It is the first step in a plan to automate returns across Europe.
