Samsung's 12-Hi HBM4E Reportedly Passes NVIDIA Qualification
Samsung has reportedly completed qualification testing of its 12-layer HBM4E memory with NVIDIA and major hyperscalers in late September, according to Hankyung. Samsung declined to confirm the report, and supply volumes and mass-production timelines remain unconfirmed.
