Mistral Large 4 and Polars 2.0: Gateway Consolidation and Streaming by Default

Mistral Large 4 is now callable through Vercel AI Gateway with a single API key, while Google added Nano Banana 2.1 and EmbeddingGemma 2 to the gateway. Polars 2.0 made streaming execution and spill-to-disk the default when calling collect() on a LazyFrame.
