Ex-Dimension Data CEO admits secret stake in NTT campus sale

Jason Goodall, former group CEO of Dimension Data and NTT Ltd, admitted he secretly took part in the buying side of the 2019 sale of Dimension Data's Johannesburg head office while advising NTT on the selling side. He agreed to pay NTT about R208.6-million (US$12.5-million) and named four other former executives as participants in the scheme.
