Atlassian unveils Agentic Multiplayer Protocol for humans and AI agents

Atlassian announced the Agentic Multiplayer Protocol, a platform update letting humans and AI agents collaborate in a shared space with assigned identities, authority and scope. It also introduced Rovo Work for long-horizon tasks and Rovo Code Search; its MCP server now exposes 200 tools and handles about 15 million calls daily.
