Cyberattack on Arizona Court System Steals Data of 1.3 Million People
A cyberattack on Arizona's court system began when an employee clicked a malicious link in an email. Data was copied for 1.3 million people with unpaid court fees and fines dating back 30 years, plus 30,000 orders of protection and 150,000 foster care reports. The attack was shut down about two hours after it was spotted on Sept. 24.
