DoD taps Kymeta to upgrade Osprey u8 terminal cartridge

The U.S. Department of Defense awarded Kymeta a development contract for an enhanced cartridge for its Osprey u8 satellite terminal. The module adds edge computing, software-defined radio and networking without affecting multi-orbit satellite communications performance.
