ZachXBT spent $350K undercover to infiltrate Lazarus-linked laundering ring

On-chain investigator ZachXBT said he spent $349,700 of his own money posing as a laundering client to infiltrate a Chinese syndicate that has laundered over $1 billion for North Korea's Lazarus Group. The intelligence helped freeze 442,000 USDT tied to a $12 million cluster of funds from the $1.5 billion Bybit exploit.
