Overview AI launches OV Spark line of AI inspection cameras

Overview AI has launched the OV Spark and OV Spark Pro, a new line of AI inspection cameras with an onboard agentic layer called Sparky. The cameras pack 10 inspection tools, including seven deep learning models, and run the full stack on Qualcomm Dragonwing hardware.

• OV Spark is 1.2MP, OV Spark Pro is 5MP; both share an IP66 body of 70 x 116 x 53 mm
• 10 inspection tools include AI Trigger, Alignment, Classification, Segmentation, Count, OCR and Anomaly Detection
• Sparky agent answers plain-English questions and recommends tools with reasoning
• The camera is already deployed at Mansfield Engineered Components in Ohio
