Undead Labs buys itself out from Microsoft to go independent

State of Decay 3 developer Undead Labs has bought itself out from Microsoft through a company called Full Measure, becoming fully independent with employees as shareholders. Studio head Philip Holt said a significant number of people left during the process, but State of Decay 3 is still set for release in 2027.
