US Navy awards Ursa Major $137M for 3D-printed rocket motors
The US Navy has awarded Ursa Major two contracts worth $137 million to develop solid rocket motors: $91 million for the CAAM air-launched missile and $46 million for the medium-range Naval Modular Missile. The motors rely heavily on additive manufacturing.
