Tom's Guide tested iPhone 18 Pro and 18 Pro Max battery life: 16 hours 17 minutes and 18 hours 27 minutes of web browsing. Gains over iPhone 17 Pro were 6.1%, and only 3.1% over 17 Pro Max, despite the 2nm A20 Pro chip.

• Gains over previous generation: 6.1% for Pro and 3.1% for Pro Max
• Pro Max beat Galaxy S26 Ultra by 1h 47m and Pixel 11 Pro XL by almost 4h
