Samsung ramps Exynos 2700 wafer output on second-gen 2nm node
Samsung has started front-end wafer mass production of its next-generation Exynos 2700 mobile processor. Output is planned more than 10% above the Exynos 2600 as the company advances its second-generation 2nm process.
