DHS details RIVR-2 and new deepfake testing after RIVR-1 results

DHS Science and Technology Directorate released RIVR-1 results: about one in four legitimate users failed the full remote identity workflow, with median success of 79% for IDV, 99% for SMTD and 96% for PAD. RIVR-2 adds the RIVR-X track for biometric deepfake detection and moves toward roughly twice-yearly evaluations.
