Microsoft MAI Streaming Transcription now works with LiveKit Agents

Microsoft's MAI-Transcribe-2-Streaming is now available to LiveKit Agents via an official Microsoft AI speech-to-text plugin, streaming live audio to the realtime transcription endpoint for continuously updated text. The service supports roughly 60 languages via WebSocket or the Azure Speech SDK, but remains in public preview and is not recommended for production workloads.
