GE HealthCare has agreed to acquire U.S. PET radiopharmaceutical contract manufacturer SOFIE Biosciences from Trilantic North America for $945 million in cash. SOFIE runs 15 sites and 21 cyclotrons across the U.S., giving it the density to deliver fluorine-18 tracers within their 110-minute half-life window.
