India Demands Binding AI Rules After White House Voluntary Safety Accord
Indian industry leaders and Nasscom said the voluntary AI safety accord signed by six companies at the White House on September 29, 2026, cannot govern AI for a country of 1.4 billion people across 22 official languages.
