Kojima Wants to Keep Horror Game OD a Mystery Until Release

Hideo Kojima said on his Koji10 radio show that he is deliberately withholding teasers for his horror project OD to preserve the mystery until launch. Announced in 2023, the game explores the "limits of fear" and is backed by Xbox.

• Kojima is skipping his usual string of teaser trailers for OD
• OD was announced in 2023 as an experiment on overdosing on fear
• The cast includes Hunter Schafer and Sophia Lillis, with Udo Kier
• Xbox supports development; the project survived 2026 studio cuts
