HackerRank launches Chakra, an AI interviewer for developer hiring

HackerRank has made Chakra generally available: an AI agent that conducts interviews, watches candidates work in a real code repository, and evaluates their reasoning, not just answers. The agent ran over 500,000 interviews during its six-month beta, with Snowflake, Snorkel and Capgemini among the testers.
