Singapore to deploy humanoid robots with police and prisons by 2028

Singapore plans to field AI-powered humanoid robots alongside Home Team officers by 2028 for hazmat response, post-blast investigations and prison cell searches. The Home Team Humanoid Robotics Centre (H2RC), a 29,000-square-foot facility in the one-north district, opened on September 30 to develop and train the machines.
