Ares ups investment in Sabey Data Centers above $500 million

Ares Management has expanded its investment in Sabey Data Center Properties, bringing its total commitment to more than $500 million after an initial minority stake in July 2026. Sabey currently operates 275MW and about four million sq ft across the US, with an expansion pipeline expected to reach roughly 737MW by 2033.
