KIT unveils 33-petaflops HoreKa 2 supercomputer costing €17m
Germany's Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT) has put its HoreKa 2 hybrid supercomputer into operation with a peak performance of 33 petaflops. The €17 million system uses AMD Epyc 9655 Turin CPUs and Nvidia GB200 GPUs, with 250TB of memory and IBM NVMe/HDD storage.
