Apple releases new Apple Watch charging puck with faster charging

Apple has started selling a new version of its Magnetic Fast Charger (model A3277) for $29 that delivers up to 10W instead of 5W. Faster charging works only with Apple Watch Series 12 and Ultra 4: in 15 minutes they get 12 and 18 hours of battery life, respectively.

• New puck A3277 delivers up to 10W, previous one only 5W
• Series 12: 12 hours of use from 15 minutes of charging instead of 8
• Ultra 4: 18 hours from 15 minutes instead of 12
• New cable-puck price is $29, requires a USB-C PD power adapter of 10W or more
