Rockstar explains why GTA 6 avoids direct political references

Rockstar narrative SVP Rupert Humphries said GTA 6 will not directly reference real-world politicians or events. The satire of the fictional state of Leonida will be exaggerated and timeless so the game does not age during its long development.
