Indeed: 5% of Irish job postings now mention data centres

In August 2026, 4.9% of all job postings on Indeed in Ireland mentioned data centres — roughly double the 2019–2025 share and the highest among ten European markets analysed. Europe expects around €176 billion in data centre investment, with the European Commission proposing to triple EU capacity within five to seven years.
