TouchFrame brings Quest 3 controllers to Steam Frame via a second headset
The open-source TouchFrame project, released under the MIT licence, enables Quest 3 Touch Plus controllers on a standalone Steam Frame with 6DoF, full inputs and haptics. Tracking is handled not by the Frame's cameras but by a separate Quest 3 headset streaming data over Wi-Fi on UDP port 28430. The project is at Phase 0 with 15 commits and no releases.
