Decagon joins OpenAI's B2B marketplace as launch partner

Decagon said on October 2, 2026 that it is among the first 32 launch partners of OpenAI Marketplace, a B2B program letting eligible OpenAI enterprise customers apply part of their existing commitment toward partner products. Decagon sells customer-facing AI agents and cites SOC 2 Type 2, HIPAA, GDPR and CCPA compliance.
