NorthStar Earth & Space Goes Public on NYSE After SPAC Merger
Canadian space domain awareness company NorthStar Earth & Space began trading on the New York Stock Exchange after completing its merger with SPAC Viking Acquisition Corp. I. The deal valued NorthStar at $300 million, with an additional $30 million in private investment. Proceeds will fund a constellation of space-based sensors for orbital monitoring.
