Fiserv Activates Stablecoin Platform for 10,000 Banks With 400ms Settlement

Fiserv has moved its digital asset platform into production, letting banks settle interbank transfers on Solana in roughly 400 milliseconds instead of overnight ACH batches. Bank of North Dakota's Roughrider Coin is the first live stablecoin, available to more than 90 banks and credit unions in the state.
