CXMT isn't saving PC builders from the DRAM crisis, pricing near Samsung, SK hynix and Micron
China's largest DRAM maker CXMT is charging close to Samsung, SK hynix and Micron rather than undercutting them. A KingBank 32GB DDR5-6000 kit with CXMT chips sold for about AUD 599 versus AUD 649 for rival kits — under 8% cheaper. Reuters reported CXMT asked more than Samsung's roughly $1,240 for comparable 64GB DDR5 server modules.
