Xeal to power Edge AI data centers with spare EV charging capacity

Xeal has launched Laitent, a network of Edge data centers that taps idle electric vehicle charging capacity to run AI inference. The company plans to deploy 100,000 Nvidia GPUs across 1,600 sites with more than 200MW of permitted power, with first deployments expected before the end of the year.
