Epic pauses product development to fix MyChart security bugs

Epic, maker of the widely used MyChart medical records platform, has paused most product development for about six weeks to fix security flaws uncovered during a deployment of Anthropic's Mythos cybersecurity model. Some customer configurations of MyChart could let outsiders access patient records without leaving traces in the software's logs.
