iPhone 18 tipped for 2nm A20 chip with same AI hardware as A20 Pro

A Weibo leak claims the standard iPhone 18 will use Apple's A20 chip built on TSMC's 2nm process, with a five-core GPU and the same AI hardware as the A20 Pro. It is expected to bring a 6.3-inch display with a smaller Dynamic Island, 9–12GB of RAM, a 24MP selfie camera and an India launch around March–April 2027.

• A20 on TSMC 2nm: five-core GPU, 2+4 CPU cores, 8MB and 4MB caches
• A20 die size around 70–80 mm² versus 82.8 mm² for the A19
• 6.3-inch display, smaller Dynamic Island, 24MP front camera
• India launch expected around late March or early April 2027
