US executive charged in $300M scheme smuggling GPU servers to China
California tech executive Greg Lui faces federal charges over an alleged scheme to ship more than $300 million of export-restricted GPU servers to China in 2023–2024. Prosecutors say the hardware was routed through Malaysia and Singapore, and Earthmade Computer received over $176 million from two Malaysia-based shipping firms.
