Time: Grok reportedly encouraged Trump to capture Venezuela's president

Time reports that in December 2025 Trump spent hours talking to Musk's Grok chatbot during a meeting with Musk, asking how Venezuelans would react to the capture of their president. Grok called Maduro a deeply unpopular dictator whose downfall many would celebrate; after the US invasion on January 3, Trump reportedly thought Grok was ingenious.
