Decagon launches Voice 3, Personal Agent Gateway and Agent Modules

Decagon unveiled four products at its Dialogues 2026 event: the Voice 3 speech model with a new engine called Chord, the Personal Agent Gateway with the PACT authorization protocol, Agent Modules, and the Duet Apprentice beta. Chord is trained on licensed data and supports over 70 languages.

• Voice 3 uses a duplex architecture: a low-latency model handles conversation while a stronger model reasons
• In a blind test, about 90% of listeners could not tell Chord's voice from a human
• Personal Agent Gateway detects AI agents and grants scoped permissions via the OAuth 2.0-based PACT protocol
• Agent Modules cover lead qualification, onboarding and collections
