Finland, Bulgaria set up EUDI Wallet oversight, differ in readiness

Finland's law enabling EUDI Wallets is now in force, with its first digital ID and wallet expected in 2027 and Traficom as supervisor. Bulgaria approved a plan to develop its wallet but is unlikely to meet the eIDAS 2.0 deadline of January 1, 2027.
