Kyiv's Parkovyi data center destroyed by Russian strikes, goes offline
The Parkovyi data center in Kyiv suffered "critical damage" in Russian bombing attacks and completely stopped operating as of October 1, 2026. Restoration is impossible, and customer data is hosted at backup sites in the EU. Ukraine allocated UAH 518.3 million ($12.5m) to strengthen backup IT systems for government agencies.
