Qualcomm Unveils Linux Preview on Snapdragon X2 for ARM Laptops
Qualcomm released an early Linux developer preview for its upcoming Snapdragon X2 laptop processors. The upstream-first effort targets kernel and distribution maintainers with a Debian 13 reference build, mainline drivers and Hexagon NPU support via FastRPC. Canonical plans certified Ubuntu for Snapdragon X2 in the first half of 2027.
