CPC Network launches coordinated actions against nine game companies over in-game currency
On 30 September 2026, the Consumer Protection Cooperation Network launched coordinated actions against nine video game companies, including Crytek, King, Mojang, Riot Games, Supercell and Ubisoft. Regulators want real-world prices shown for purchases made with in-game currency and EU consumer law applied to them.
