Survey: 33% of managers used AI to write employee performance reviews

A Headway survey of 1,000 managers found that 33% used AI to write feedback or prepare performance reviews, 31% turned to AI to resolve team conflicts, and 27% used it to draft uncomfortable conversations. A year ago, 41% admitted using AI for reviews.
