Amazon signs 20-year PPA with Constellation for Maryland nuclear plant

Amazon and Constellation Energy signed a 20-year power purchase agreement for Maryland's Calvert Cliffs nuclear plant, covering 690MW of capacity. The deal will enable over $3 billion in infrastructure investment and add about 190MW of new generating capacity between 2030 and 2032.
