DLSS 4.5 Runs on Radeon RX 9000 GPUs via Experimental d4r Mod

Developer countervolts added experimental DLSS 4 and DLSS 4.5 support for AMD RDNA 4 GPUs (Radeon RX 9060/9070) to the d4r project. The cards handle the newer DLSS models' FP8 math natively without converting to FP16, cutting overhead. It remains a proof of concept: RDNA 4 performance is unverified and only the RX 7700 XT has been tested.
