Frame Transactions clear testnet milestone, ERC-8427 defines portable spend grants
The EIP-8141 frames testnet has run for 14 days with three clients (ethrex, Geth, Nethermind) validating it and nearly 400 transactions from 21 senders. Draft ERC-8427 introduces SpendGrant, a signed, revocable permission with per-call, rolling-window and lifetime caps. Safe made contracts v1.5.0 the default, and Arbitrum replaced Timeboost with priority gas auctions.
