Paragon admits it can't see who its spyware targets
Paragon/RedLattice CEO Andrew Boyd told WIRED the company has no technical way to know who customers target with its Graphite spyware and no kill switch — only halting support and updates, which render the system ineffective in about 12 hours. WhatsApp and Citizen Lab alleged Graphite was used against more than 60 people in over 20 countries, including journalists and activists in Italy.
